We use the same method for determining the prices of the above
packages as we would use to determine the price of
a 'customized' package.

2.01
|
Wedding photography at three
venues (wedding venue, reception venue, and one other venue) in
Cape Town and surrounding areas.

2.02
|
Start-end duration of photography not
more than 12 hours.
|

2.03
|
Wedding venue/s will be previewed,
as applicable, and appropriate features photographed, if practical.
|
|
2.04
|
Images will be taken with DSLR camera body/ies
and professional-quality optics.
|
|
2.05
|
Full-size and 'email-size' 'original' images
will be provided in JPEG format on CD/DVD.
|
|
2.06
|
Any black-and-white, sepia or duotone images
ordered will be included as additional images on CD/DVD.

'Standard' photographs are colour
photographs with white or no border,
on gloss or matt photographic paper.
A maximum of 30 black-and-white, sepia or duotone photographs
(out of the total number selected) may be included as 'standard'.

We always recommend a meeting with the bride
and/or groom to discuss requirements in more detail. Portfolios and
special/custom borders may be viewed at this time.

A meeting is also recommended 1 to 2 weeks before
the wedding to confirm photography arrangements, and to enable us to draw
up a schedule of photography.

A pre-wedding photo session can be arranged.

|
Photography at additional venues can be requested.
|

3.03
|
Photography of more than 12 hours duration
can be requested.

Special and custom photograph borders
are available. (These may already be included in some package offerings).

|
Photo gift/thank-you cards, (100mm x 150mm),
containing an image (for example, of the bride and groom) and/or
text, may be ordered. (These may already be included in some
package offerings).

Large-format prints on
canvas or semi-gloss paper may be ordered.

|
Collages, 640mm x 800mm, landscape or portrait
style, comprising 15 wedding images arranged according to our standard
template, printed on canvas or
semi-gloss paper, may be ordered.

Printed photo books may

Photo albums, 10.2" x 15.3", with debossed, foiled,
leather covers (quarter-bound, half-bound or full-bound) may be ordered.

Wedding fashion photoshoots can be
arranged at a professional photographic studio or a
suitable outdoor venue.

A price estimate may be requested using
the 'Request a Price Estimate' option in the 'Weddings' section on
www.mira9.co.za.

4.02
|
Prices and other details to be
finalized when booking/ordering.

|
Unless specified otherwise, quoted prices are
valid for 30 calendar days from the date of quotation.
|
|
4.04
|
A minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price
is required to confirm a booking/order. The balance is payable
prior to receipt of CDs/DVDs.

4.05
|
Once a booking is confirmed, the price is fixed
provided that we receive the image number/s required for
photographs, printed photo albums and/or large-format prints which may have
been ordered, within 60 calendar days of the date on which the CDs/DVDs
are supplied.
